Cancelation Policy

• More than 48 hours prior to scheduled session start time: Full Refund

• Less than 48 hours prior to schedule session start time: Credit can be used to reschedule or book a future session

• Inclement Weather (rain or lightning): Credit can be used to reschedule or book a future session

 Flower Picking

• 10 stems can be cut and used as part of the photography fee. Take them home and enjoy after the session.

• If more than 10 stems are cut, a cup or bucket charge ($16.50-$36.50) will be assessed for picking.

 What Is Included and Available

• Flower Field – Numerous rows of colorful flowers at different stages of development. Colors and offerings change throughout the summer. Mid-July through the beginning of September you will find the most color.

• Pasture – 4 acres of growing pasture

• Creek – A small creek runs through the property. It is lined with tall grass and the banks are muddy.

• 1890s Barn – An old pin and dowel constructed barn that has modern metal siding. The inside is great for rustic shots.

• Flower Barn – Usable for photography Great rustic vibe with lights.

• Greenhouse – A 96’ x 30’ greenhouse is available if desired. Contents of the greenhouse change with the time of year. Early spring is filled with plant starts. Summer finds the greenhouse mostly empty. Lights are available for night shoots.

• High Tunnel – A 96’ x 30’ high tunnel is available with flowers planted directly in the ground. Colors and plants change as the season progresses.

• 1956 Farmall 400 Tractor – Staged with round hay bales and the ability to shoot from a few sides.

• 1958 Dodge D100 Pickup Truck – This is stationary. All 4 sides can be used for photos. The tailgate will flip down when unlatched. Bring a blanket and/or props if you desire to use the bed. It has a new plywood floor so feel free to climb in it. The inside of the cab is not currently available.

• Round Bales – One area with a small row of round hay bales lined up to capture shot.

• Garden Arbor – A beautiful wooden arbor, flanked by half whiskey barrels loaded with colorful flowers. This overlooks our cattle pasture and captures a great sunset.

• Pergola Swing – Large pergola with a 3-person Polywood swing. Great for group shots. *New for 2025

• Rope Swing – Old fashioned rope swing hanging from a branch with decorative ropes. Swing faces north and south with the flower field in the background. *New for 2025

• Swing – A wooden swing hanging on a frame that can be moved easily anywhere in the field.

• Foot Bridge over Creek to Tall Grass – Cross over the creek on a small foot bridge to an awaiting bench in the tall grass with the sunset or a corn/soybean field at your back.

• Benches & Tables – 4 Leopold benches and 3 picnic tables can be moved around the farm to use wherever needed.

• Animals – Cows, goats, chickens, pigs, sheep, ducks, and cats reside at the farm depending on the time of year. Those can be used in photo shoots with advance notice.

• Deluxe Porta-John with handwashing sink

• The whole farm is available for your use for the entire rental time. A family member will be around and present the whole time to help with any questions or needs that may arise.

• Provide 1 or 2 edited pictures, via email, to use on our website and advertising materials with client’s approval. Watermarks/logos are encouraged on the photo. Include a website or social media username so we can tag the photo.
