Italian Sausage Sandwiches

Do you love Italian sausages on the grill, but winter is here? Fix these easy sandwiches with just a few ingredients.

Cook the sausages in the electric skillet with about a 1/4 cup of water, turning often. Once they have started to cook, add in onion and green pepper. Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove lid and turn up departure to brown each sausage. Slice them down the center and lay out on a sub bun. Top with warm marinara or pizza sauce, onions, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.

Compliment this sandwich with a side of buttered noodles or a side salad.
